Refunds are available for makeup services booked through domarivenquix within 48 hours of your appointment. To qualify, services must be cancelled at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. For makeup lessons and workshops, refunds can be requested up to 7 days prior to the session date. Emergency cancellations due to illness or unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed individually and may qualify for full refunds with appropriate documentation.

Important Considerations
Makeup trials completed before your event are non-refundable, but can be credited toward future services within 6 months of original booking.
Group bookings for bridal parties follow different terms - partial refunds may apply if individual members cancel while maintaining the core booking.
Travel fees paid for mobile services are refundable only if cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Special occasion packages during peak periods (Valentine's Day, New Year's Eve, Melbourne Cup) require 72-hour cancellation notice for full refund eligibility.
